Hi Greatist readers and Happy Monday!

We’ve officially knocked 2 weeks out of 2021, and we only have 50 more to go. I hope that doesn’t sound daunting to you!

Last week your homework was to set daily intentions that you would commit to from Mon-Fri. So, on a scale of 1 to 10 (10 being the greatest), how did you do? 

I want you to continue working on these intentions, but if you struggled with creating them or committing to them, I want you to ask yourself, “What’s standing in the way?”

Here are other questions to consider:

  1. What do I want for myself regarding wellness?
  2. What is one small healing practice that I think I can be intentional about daily?
  3. What gets in the way of me being committed to my goals and what boundaries might I need to set?
