Spell Your Name Workout
You’ll spell your name to create your own customized workout. Perfect for at home or the gym!
Hi hi! How’s the day going? What are you up to? I’m catching a barre class then heading out shopping with the girls. We’ve never been to the outlet mall nearby, so I think we’re finally going to check it out.
Before we blitz, I have an all-new workout for ya!
Today’s workout is totally customizable depending on your name. I always love to play workout games and constantly find ways to change things up. For this one, you’ll find the letters in your name and do each corresponding move in a circuit, moving quickly from one exercise to the next. I’ve included some home modifications, too, just in case you’re getting a sweat at home or while traveling. To make it a longer workout, repeat the circuit 3 times, OR try doing your full name!
Here’s what the workout look likes:
Details for each letter in the Spell Your Name Workout:
A = 15 burpees
B = 20 bench hopovers
C = 30 curtsy lunges
D = 15 heavy deadlifts
E = 1-minute plank
F = 25 frog crunches
G = 30 kettlebell swings
H = 30-second bar hang (at home: 12 heavy biceps curls)
I = 1-minute inchworm
J = 30 squat jumps
K = 25 kettlebell squats
L = 20 jumping lunges
M = 30 medicine ball slams
N = 12 broad jump burpees
O = 1 minute row for distance (or 1 minute jump squats)
P = 12 assisted pull-ups (or lat pulldowns on a machine or with a resistance band)
Q = 40 high knees
R = .25 mile run or walk (at home: 2 minutes of plyometrics or high knees)
S = 30 step-ups on a sturdy chair or bench
T = 30 toe touch crunches
U = 12 heavy biceps curls
V = 20 V-ups
W = 30 walking lunges
X = 20 X-jumps
Y = 25 triceps dips
Z = 25 skaters
So, what exercises make up your name? Feeling bad for the people with super long names right about now.
Are there any rep or exercise games you like to play?
xo,
Gina

7 things I learned the hard way
Hi friends! How are you? I hope you had a wonderful weekend! We met up with the family for Pizza Saturday, did a donut run, I took another hot yoga class and got in a strength workout, and we went to the pool not once but twice on Friday with friends.
I’m catching an early Peloton class – Alex’s classes are my faves right now – and then we’re spending the rest of the day enjoying some summer adventures. School is starting next week (what?!), so I feel like it’s the last hurrah. About a month ago, I felt like summer was dragging on forever, and here I am wishing it would last just a little longer. I’m absolutely craving a little bit of routine again (and solid blocks of time during the day to work), but at the same time, I’m going to miss these lazy mornings and days at the pool.
Hands in the air if you’re watching The Bachelorette tonight. I’m feeling ALL the emotions: excited, scared, nervous, devastated. I’ve read all the spoilers so I’m 99.9% sure it doesn’t go the way I’d like it to go, man, all the drama has made for some fabulous TV entertainment.
Today’s post is a little bit random, but aren’t those ones the most fun? I thought I’d share 7 life lessons that I’ve had to learn the hard way. You know what I’m talking about: the things you think are going to work out splendidly but end up being a major fail.
Things I learned the hard way:
Always put an extra pair of underwear (bonus for an extra outfit), contacts, and a toothbrush with toothpaste in your carry-on backpack for all humans in your travel party. Our checked baggage has been lost too many times. When I was stuck in Phoenix with the girls and zero necessities, I told myself that I will never, ever make this mistake again. (Thankfully our cousins swooped us up for a Target run so I could get some essentials!)
On the same note: never leave the house without snacks and water bottles for all. Something about driving makes the everyone equally parched and starving.
Nail salons are for nails and waxing/threading salons are for eyebrows. Many years ago, I let a nail technician sweetly convince me that I should get my eyebrows waxed. As I felt her spread the wax from my eyebrows all the way down to cover my entire eyelid (!) I prayed I wouldn’t end up like Christina from Grey’s Anatomy.
“Mama took my eyebrows.”

Don’t cook the Trader Joe’s cauliflower gnocchi according to package directions. You’ll have a goopy, soggy mess. Pan saute in a little avocado oil for about 10 minutes and they’re crispy perfection.
Cutting your own bangs is always a bad idea.
If you hate a book, quit reading it. Reading time is too precious to waste on novels that don’t suck you in with their story or provide relevant information.
Never put steak in the Instant Pot. This is something I’ll never forget. While the Pilot was deployed, I bought a nice grassfed steak from Whole Foods that the girls and I could share. I have no clue how to grill – my mom is now determined to teach me – and pan-searing never quite works for me, so I figured I’d put it in the Instant Pot. I retrieved a chewy, round, leather shoe. As Liv was chewing it (and each bite took maybe 30 chews for it to be possible to swallow), she sadly said, “I hate steak.” I had to remind her that she actually loves steak when it’s cooked properly. (Thankfully the Pilot and Kyle have cooked steak many times since this sad occasion.)
I’d love to hear any of the random things you’ve learned lately; drop your life tips in the comments sections. Can’t wait to read these.

Friday Faves
Hi hi! Happy weekend to ya. What are you up to? The girls and I are having a Friday Fun Day – going to the Children’s Museum and then hitting up the pool with some friends. We’re officially done with camps and I can’t believe that school starts so soon! The rest of the weekend will be the usual shenanigans: lots of time with the fam, catching up on stuff around the house (I’m finally picking a paint color for the dreaded red wall), and work stuff. I have something exciting (*cough* leggings *cough*) that will be launching August 8, so keep your eyes peeled for that.
It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party! This is where I share some of my faves from the week and around the web. I always love to hear what you’re loving, too, so please shout out a fave in the comments section below.
(Wearing this dress)
Life/random:
A momcation! I shared this one Instagram and so many friends said they used it to casually hint to their husbands that they could use a little R&R. I was feeling worn down after some rough nights of sleep around here. With the Pilot’s job transition, it has really shaken up our routine, and unfortunately, sleep has been affected. [Sometimes, I hesitate to write about sleep because I undoubtedly receive a few “You’re a bad parent! Make your kids sleep!” comments. Our kids are well-behaved, kind, polite, little loves, and sometimes they don’t sleep so well. I’ll take that any day of the week over a kid who sleeps peacefully through the night but is a jerk to other people.] Anyway, I was a walking zombie after being awake since 3:30am for about 3 days, and Tom booked me a room at the Lodge so I could catch up on some zzzzs.
It. was. everything.
I drank red wine out of a Yeti cup, snuggled on the couch in a blanket reading for 3 blissful hours, and then slept for 10. I woke up to the sun peeking through the clouds, and felt like a new human being. Cheers to doing what we need to do to take care of our selves so we can give to others, and cheers to the husbands out there who sometimes know exactly what we need.
Celebrating Nani’s birthday! The fam came over for a little birthday feast and celebration. Kyle grilled steaks and asparagus,
madre brought amazing potatoes, and I made the usual enormous cheese board,
and Uncle E’s famous pasta salad.
We drank margaritas, spent the evening taking turns holding baby August and watching one of the kids’ many performances for us, and ate cake and cupcakes. It was perfect.
Duolingo. Does anyone else use this fun tool? It’s a great way to practice another language and has been an excellent opportunity to brush up my español. (Growing up, I always did the thing where family would speak to me in Spanish and I’d answer in English. I understand it perfectly, and minored in it in college, but don’t practice speaking very frequently.) You can follow friends through the app, and it’s always good inspiration to practice for a little while each day.
Fitness:
I took at class here at Sumit Yoga in Tucson, and LOVED it. It’s been a long time since I’ve taken a really hot 60-minute yoga class. (Usually if I practice yoga it’s slightly warm and 60 minutes.) About two of the class blocks were Bikram-inspired, and it felt good to go back to poses I used to love so dearly. (In a weird way. Like I enjoy having zero amount of dry clothes on my body since I’m entirely drenched in sweat and struggling to hold poses for 60 seconds, but it felt so amazing when it was over.)
I have a Groupon for this month, so I’m excited to try more of their classes.

Fitness picks from the 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale
Sharing my favorite fitness picks from this year’s Anniversary Sale!
Hey friends! How’s the week going? Anyone else ready for Friday? It’s been monsoon weather in Tucson, which I look forward to each year. We haven’t had a ton of rain just yet, but it’s been cloudy, (slightly) cooler, and wonderful.
For today’s post, I thought I’d share some of my favorite fitness finds from this year’s Anniversary Sale. I use this sale to stock up on essentials for the upcoming season (like jackets, bras, jeans, and pajamas), and I also use it to spice up my fitness apparel. The Anniversary Sale is the only time you get brand-new pieces at sale prices, so it’s totally worth it to get some leggings, tanks, and/or sports bras.
I’ve already shared some of my favorites from the full sale here, and here are some of the best of the fitness category!
Tees and tanks:
This sheer striped tank with open back detail.
Zella splits ribbed tank. I ordered this one in pink!
Leggings and shorts:
My favorite leggings OF ALL TIME. They still have pretty much every size in these, so snag some up!
Obsessed with these recycled jogger pants.
In case you’re in on the bike shorts trend.
A shorts version of the best leggings ever. Love the color, too!
Sports bras:
Love this high-neck sports bra. It’s great for low impact activities, or fellow members of the IBTC.
Seamless sports bra in red! (Large is the only size left just a heads up.)
The print and strappy back are amazing on this one.
Another seamless and low-impact option in an olive hue.
Socks and accessories:
Perfect time to stock up on socks.
Sweet deal on a S’well bottle.
This gorgeous yoga mat isn’t part of the Nsale, but currently 40% off.
To and from the studio:
This long-sleeve tee is perfect for layering.
So, tell me friends: who makes your all-time favorite leggings? Why do you love them so much??
xoxo
Gina

Resistance band loop AMRAP workout
Hey hey! How’s the morning going? I hope you’re having a great day so far. We celebrated Nana’s birthday last night at our house, and today, I have a pretty fun blog photoshoot.
How about a workout today? This is a quick one (only 15 minutes) but INTENSE. You’re using this little friend: the resistance band loop.
I love using the loop for any type of lower body exercise – it really helps to recruit your abductors and glutes – and is an easy way to add additional challenge without holding super heavy weights. This makes the loop an ideal travel workout buddy; just stash it in your suitcase and you’re ready to go. (Here are some more exercises I love with a resistance band loop.)
This workout is AMRAP style, so you’ll do as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Warm up with some moderate cardio, set your timer, and go! You’ll be surprised how much sweat you’ll work up with this one. Please let me know if you give it a try! Pin it for the next time you need a quick, sweaty workout.
Here’s what the workout looks like!
Resistance band loop AMRAP workout:
Form cues and tips:
Low squat walks: Place the band two inches above or below your knees. Step just past hip distance and sink into a squat (booty low and back). Stay in your squat as you step one foot out to the side, and continue to “walk” in one direction, holding your squat. Do 3 in one direction, then 3 in the opposite direction. That’s one rep.
Double squat jumps: Place the band two inches above your knees. Get into a squat position (booty LOW and back), and complete two full squats. Keep your abs engaged and chest lifted. Powering through your heels, spring up, reaching your arms towards the ceiling. Land with a soft knee. Repeat.
Banded burpees: Keep the band two inches above your knees. Sit into your squat and bring both hands to the floor, firmly planting your entire hand. Walk or hop back to a plank position (push-up here optional), walk or hop your feet back to your hands, and jump vertically, raising your arms overhead.
Squat to side leg lift: Keep the band two inches above your knees. Make sure your feet are underneath your shoulders (hip width or slightly wider is good) and toes slightly turned out. Focus on sitting back, while keeping your chest lifted and a tight core. Inhale to lower, exhale to rise. Make sure that your knees go towards your toes, but not far past your toes. Sink your hips as low as your flexibility allows, whether it’s a small squat, or to hips just above knee level. As you exhale and rise, squeeze your outer thighs and glutes to lift one leg off the floor and out to the side (keep toes pointing forward or down). Lower the leg back down, immediately back into a squat position.
Plank jacks: Move the band so it’s two inches above your ankles. Try to keep your hips in line with your body and your core tight. You can also walk out and in with your feet if you want to avoid jumping.
So, tell me: what’s your all-time favorite piece of workout equipment or tool?? For me, it’s probably the TRX. I love it’s versatility and the fact that you can do so many exercises with it!
xoxo,
Gina

Keeping the house clean with two kiddos running around
The secret: I don’t! The end. Muahah. (<— it would be so nice to say, “Bye, chores)
I’m just kidding… keeping the house clean (or at least presentable) is something that’s important to me, and I work pretty hard to keep things tidy around here. I read all of the memes about how laundry will wait and the kids will only be little once, and truth is that I can’t relax and enjoy life when things are in shambles around me. I don’t spend a crazy amount of time cleaning, but just like fitness, or eating well, it’s a type of self care. I feel good when my surroundings are clutter-free and cleaned up a bit.
I got this request for a blog post a couple of weeks ago and thought it would be a fun one to discuss here on the blog. To be honest, it can be tricky to keep the house clean with little ones running around, but I’ve found that doing a little bit every day and outsourcing for help makes a huge difference.
Here are some of my tips for keeping the house clean with two kids:
– I stick to a cleaning schedule and do laundry every.single.day. Every day, I clean the kitchen (usually twice; once after breakfast and after dinner) by wiping down the countertops, appliances, stove, dining table, and switching out the dishes (usually just do this in the morning). In addition to that, I wash and fold one load of laundry. If I do one load a day, it keeps things from getting ridiculous but sometimes I slack on this. I make the beds each day, wipe down bathroom countertops, and run the euphy. Besides the usual daily chores, I’ll have one bigger things I work on each day: floors, bathrooms, wood floors upstairs, wash bedding, dust, etc. If I only do one of these each day, it’s only an extra 20 minutes or so and makes it much easier to maintain.
(Click here to download a PDF printable)
– We have an AMAZING housekeeper who comes every two weeks for a deep clean. She is a real-life angel and does all of the nitty gritty deep cleaning, in addition to washing the bedding and making the house sparkle. We’ve had a bi-monthly cleaner for years now and it’s a non-neogiable in our budget. Otherwise, I feel like I’d never catch up on cleaning stuff. If she could eventually come once a week, that would be a dream come true.
– I clean while the kids are home. This will probably change in the fall since P’s school day will be a little longer, but for now, I work and work out when they’re at camp and then when they’re home chilling afterwards, I clean for a bit. I think it’s good for them to see me working to keep the house beautiful and often, they’ll want to help. They’re excellent at separating laundry into piles, folding towels, and emptying the dishwasher. We tidy up a little, and then we play!
– I focus on priorities. If I get too swamped with work stuff, or get behind on cleaning because the Pilot is out of town, I focus on the important tasks. For me, that’s having an empty sink (no dirty dishes lingering around) and a clean downstairs. If there’s a pile of laundry on our chair upstairs, it doesn’t bother me, but for some reason, having a lot of clutter or feeling crumbs under my feet when I walk makes me feel stressed out.
– The eufy. I rarely have to manually vacuum because of this little wonder. I run it every single day downstairs, and only have to use our cordless vacuum every couple of days to get Caroline hairs off the couch.
Some of my favorite cleaning products/hacks:
– Use a Swiffer with a cleaning cloth attached to it instead of the Swiffer pads. I’ll use the Method spray and mop liquid on the floors and then wipe down with the Swiffer. Another awesome floor cleaner: dish soap mixed with water, then rinse with water. It gets all of the grime and makes floors super sparkly! (For our wood floors, I use the Method wood floor cleaner.)
– Method is my all-time favorite cleaning brand, and I also buy this castille soap, baking soda, and a huge tub of vinegar. I recently ordered some products from Branch Basics and will report back in a Friday Faves post if I love them!
– Homemade multi-purpose cleaner: water, vinegar, castille soap, and a few drops of lavender. It smells beautiful and makes a great multipurpose cleaner.
– Essential oils to keep things smelling lovely. I love using our oil diffuser upstairs and will usually use a mix of lavender and lemon.
– Resuable cloths. I bought some Norwex, but to be honest, they’re not my favorites. I love these ones from Amazon and always have a couple of clean ones stashed under each sink for washing countertops, the wood table, dusting, and windows.
– I wipe down the couch with a wet washcloth (warm water). It helps to keep it clean and gets any stray dog hairs after I’ve vacuumed the cushions.
– Only touch things once. Don’t move one pile of things to another pile somewhere else. If I’m going to touch anything to move it, it’s to put it completely away where it belongs. Don’t waste energy just moving things around!
– Baking soda is a MIRACLE. If our sink looks a little gross, I’ll add baking soda, make a paste with water, scrub, and it shines. It’s also great for cleaning bathroom tile and tubs.
So friends: drop all of your cleaning hacks on me! How do you keep things tidy with kiddos or pets? Any products you particularly love?
xo

Nordstrom Anniversary Sale 2019 picks
Sharing my favorite picks from the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale + must-haves for fall!
I know, I know. Things have already felt a little bit overboard with the sale this year. I just feel like everyone online has been shouting it from the rooftops, but here’s the thing, those without a credit card couldn’t even shop the sale until today! I feel like there’s a lot to be excited about, but it can also be tricky to sort through the sale for things you really love and need. The Nordstrom site can be a bit overwhelming – I usually do much better if I know exactly what I’m looking for – and I scoured through the sale items to find the best of the best in a reasonable price range. (No $1200 coats here.)
What I love the Anniversary Sale so much:
This is the only time to get new products for fall and winter at an amazing discount. The prices are better than Black Friday! While it is a liiiiittle weird so buy jeans and sweaters when it’s sweltering hot, so many of these items are staples that I end up using for years. Most of my favorite boots, sweaters, and jeans have all been anniversary sale products.
I can stock up on back-to-school gear for the kiddos. I LOVE Nordstrom clothes for the girls, but will usually shop at Nordstrom Rack because the prices are better (and they grow so dang fast!). With the anniversary sale, I’m getting products I love even more for about the same price. While I feel like the kids’ clothes selection is hit or miss, this sale is especially incredible for kids’ shoes. I’ll often get them a couple of pairs or sneakers to start the school year. (Last year I ended up getting them both Ugg boots during the fall and paying full price, but it was worth it because they wore them all winter. I might order this year’s pairs during the Anniversary Sale in a size bigger than their current size so we’re not paying full price again.) I’ll also get their North Face or Patagonia coats for the upcoming winter during this sale.
It’s perfect for stocking stuffers and Christmas gifts! I won’t go crazy with this one, but I can usually get some super cute bracelets, pendants, or stud earrings that make perfect stocking stuffers or gifts for that one person who’s a little tricky to holiday shop for.
My favorite picks from 2019 Nordstrom Anniversary Sale:
Dresses and jumpsuits:
I ordered this dress and can’t wait to wear it with sandals, and later this fall, with booties and a sweater.
This cropped jumpsuit is so cute.
Love this dress for any special occasion.
Floral is huge for fall, and I love the cut and colors of this dress.
Love the belted waist of this dress (in red!).
Tops and sweaters:
This Rails tee with little kisses.
This lace-trimmed camisole is giving me 90s vibes in the best way.
The softest, dreamiest cardigan.
An everyday v-neck sweater (in bright pink!).
I ordered this sweater before it sold out, but hopefully they’ll restock.
Denim:
AG jeans. These are $75 off! AG is one of my favorite denim brands because they fit extremely well and the fabric is so soft.
FRAME high-waist skinny jeans with a destroyed detail.
Rag & bone skinny jeans. (<— I find that they run small, so size up!)
Shoes and boots:
I ordered these Ugg low-top sneakers to wear with jeans and casual dresses (in dusk suede). The color is gorgeous and my normal size fit perfectly.
Glossy black Hunter boots for $100.
Classic block heels in so many colors.
Cole Haan low-top sneakers. I’ve had these ones for a while and wear them ALL the time!
Love the plunge top on these booties!
Knee-high suede boots that are WATERPROOF.
Pajamas, lingerie, loungewear:
This is my favorite bra on the entire planet. I hate wires, so this one gives you a nice shape (I need all the help I can get lol) without digging into you. It’s perfect under t-shirts, too. Just ordered two more.
This robe would make an awesome xmas gift!
The BEST pajamas. SO comfy and soft. They also have the shorts version here.
Handbags and accessories:
This mini Tory Burch leather crossbody.
A gorgeous spinner luggage set.
This amazing leather tote is $150 off.
Love these delicate initial pendant necklaces.
These pendants are only $25 and look way more expensive. Ordering a couple for gifts!
For the kiddos:
Because all hoodies should have ears.
I ordered this panda dress for P.
These are the girls’ back to school shoes and they’re perfect! Reviews said they run a little bit, so I ordered their current sizes and they have some room to grow.
* Some of the items above are out of stock, but they often restock during the sale. I’m going to keep lurking the ones I missed, like this sweater!
Items I’ve purchase from previous Anniversary Sales that are back again:
Rails plaid shirt. I have three of these and loooove them. They’re classic and perfect with jeans, leggings, or to tie around your waist.
The Wubby sweater! The one we saw everyone wearing last year that makes you look a bit like a cozy teddybear. 9I’m probably going to get a grey one)
Spanx faux leather leggings. I wore these nonstop last year. I love that the texture gives them a little extra something special without being *too much* and they’re so.insanely.flattering.
The famous Leith dress. I have three of these and wear them all the time! They’re so easy to dress up or down.
The best throw blanket to ever exist.
AG skinny jeans. They’re so well-made and the fabric is dreamy soft and stretchy.
Kid’s North Face Jackets. The girls live in these all winter! Last time, I accidentally bought them a little big, but they ended up lasting them for two winters.
Because the fitness gear is so great, I’ll be doing a full post next week with some fitness faves. (I will say that these leggings are a must-have!)
So, tell me friends: are you shopping the anniversary sale? What’s your favorite product on the list above?
xoxo
Gina

5 casual everyday mom uniforms
Hi friends! How’s the day going? I hope you’re having a wonderful morning. Last night, I went to a super fun event at Creative Tribe with some girlfriends. We got to learn about tarot cards – don’t worry, I won’t be switching my online business lol- and embroidered a tarot card tote bag. Creative Tribe has so many unique crafting events, and it’s BYOB,, so you can sip wine out of a Yeti cup. Not a bad way to spend the evening.
For today’s post, I thought I’d share some of the casual mom uniforms I’ve been wearing lately. I love getting outfit ideas from friends, especially the type of clothes that I can wear everyday and look *put together* for all of the things I do during the day: chase the girls around, work, run errands, play dolls on the living room floor, or kick a soccer ball outside with the kids. I would love to live in lulu 100% of the time, but I find that I feel better and am more productive when I take a little time to get dressed in non-athletic clothes. (This post totally includes one athletic outfit because #reallife)
Here are 5 outfits I’ve been loving for every day:
1) Everlane button-down with jean shorts and a scarf headband
(with these sandals)
I got this headband idea from Jess and it’s fun trendy detail and way to hide the fact that my hair needs a wash. This shirt was my first time ordering from Everlane and I’ll definitely be trying out more of their pieces. (I wasn’t sure about sizing and am usually between a 2 and 4 for tops. I ordered a 2 and it worked perfectly. I might try a 4 if it’s something that’s more fitted) It’s the perfect everyday white button-down: lightweight, not too see-through, and washes well.
2) Express black romper with embellished sandals (<— black is gone but the blush is only $40!)
This romper made me understand how easy it is to just wear black all the time. Before, I could never understand why people had entirely black closets and I totally get it now. Simple, classy, versatile, boom. These sandals are my go-tos. They match so many things and I always get compliments on them.
3) Rails dress with low-top sneakers (<— part of the Anniversary Sale! They’re down to $85 from $130 and public access starts tomorrow)
This is my favorite dress right now! It came in a recent Trunk Club shipment and while it was a bit pricey, I’ve worn it a ton already. (Heads up that it runs a bit big, so if you’re in between sizes, size down.)
4) lululemon shorts with a V-neck tee and APL sneaks
I needed a couple of new pairs of lulu shorts because… my butt has grown haha. So I found these floral ones and really like the print.
5) Athleta shorts and tank with embellished sandals
(These ones are in the graphic above since the ones I usually wear are out of stock in black)
It was my first time trying Athleta’s non-athletic clothes and I’m a huge fan. The fabric is light and breathable – a must for Tucson summer – and flattering. I’ve heard their jeans are a dream, too.
I also feel like I’m in an awkward phase of life fashion-wise. So often, I find that styles are too young or too mature. I need something in between a mumu and a crop top with a high-waist skirt (<— super cute but would undoubtedly get some raised eyebrows at preschool drop-off).
Where do you get your everyday outfits? Where’s your favorite place to shop? Lately I’ve been ordering everything from Nordstrom for the most part, just because they have so many different things and an awesome return policy. I’m also a huge fan of Trunk Club; many of the outfits above came from those shipments. If you have any favorite stores or online resources for everyday clothes, please let me know!
(Also, do you like these types or posts or nah?)
Hope you have a wonderful day and I’ll see ya in the morning!
xo
