Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness, and Biohacking

Sharing some of my favorite gift ideas for fitness and wellness enthusaists, biohackers, and *scrunchy* friends (or even yourself!) this holiday season.

Hi friends! How are you? I hope that you’re having an amazing week so far. It’s a quick week that ends with shopping and pie – we’ve got this!!

It’s been a busy one over here. Monday night was Liv’s confirmation, so we celebrated with dinner and crazy milkshakes afterwards. The Pilot was on a trip, but I’m excited that he’ll be here for Thanksgiving. What do you have planned? We’re going to my uncle’s as usual, and then heading to Trevor and Danielle’s for a bit.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a roundup of my favorite wellness, fitness, and biohacking gifts! This is a perfect gift for your *scrunchy* friends… or even yourself. Let’s be real; the best sales of the year happen this weekend, so it’s the perfect time to stock up on wellness essentials, especially if you have health-related goals as we head into the new year.

It’s also worth mentioning here that a lot of the things on this list are nice/fun to have, but not essential. The most important health tools are free, like sunshine, stress management, connection, movement, and solid nutrition.

If you have an favorite wellness purchases from the year, please feel free to link in the comments below!

Holiday Gift Guide for Wellness, Fitness, and Biohacking

Home and kitchen:

Air Doctor. Clean air makes such a huge difference, especially during this time of the year with allergies and colds floating around.

Nontoxic pots and pans. We love Caraway and OurPlace. Each year on Black Friday, I usually treat myself to a new OurPlace pot or pan. Their air fryer is so cute, too!

Water filter. Clearly Filtered is my favorite, and I also love our AquaTru under-the-sink filter.

Canopy shower filter. We noticed a difference in our skin and hair right away. The water feels softer and has zero chorline smell anymore

Hatch nightlight. It’s so peaceful to wake up to gentle light and birds chirping instead of a blaring iPhone alarm.

Branch Basics. I switched to Branch Basics for pretty much everything. I also LOVE their dishwasher pods. A lot of “natural” dishwasher soaps have plastic coating, and they leave little streaks and residue on the dishes. Branch Basics makes them sparkly clean.

Thrive Market or ButcherBox. A box from either of these would be amazing. We get almost all of our meat from ButcherBox because they have wild-caught and organic options. This link gets you a free gift! We order most of our snack and pantry essentials from Thrive Market. This link saves you 40%.

Mold-free coffee! The sad news is that coffee is a highly-sprayed crop, so many conventional options have pesticides, herbicides, and mold. This one is lab-tested for purity and remineralized, and it tastes DELICIOUS. I only drink decaf, and most decaf is nasty. This one is amazing.

A great weighted blanket. This would make an AWESOME gift. I sleep with this every single night. It has EMF protection, is the perfect weight, and the cover is super silky and luxurious.

Healthy daily habits:

This red light cap! I love to use this a few times per week and feel like it helps my hair stay thick and healthy. Use FITNESSISTA15.

PEMF Go Mat. I use this every.single.day for breathwork and meditation, or when I need a little recharge during computer work. Use FITNESSISTA15.

Canopy humidifier. I love the portable for travel and notice that my skin and eyes feel better when I use it.

Walking pad. The only way I’m able to hit 10k steps most days! This one is less than $100 with Black Friday deals.

Rebounder. This is a great way to support blood flow, the lymphatic system, and also improve focus during a long work day. I’ll take a 5-minute break and bounce to some music. This one is on sale for BCM.

Vibrating plate. I don’t think this is a must-have, but they do feel amazing.

Tongue scraper. A perfect stocking stuffer!

Red light face mask. I use this every morning while doing chores or multitasking. It gives my skin an amazing glow and I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin’s texture.

Portable red light panel (wait until Friday!). I use this every.day and for so many reasons. For energy, focus, mood, inflammation, skin, aches and pains, muscle soreness, fevers, all the things.

My favorite nontoxic makeup and skincare. I’m obsessed with the Olive Rose collection (and so is Liv!)

Blue light blocking glasses. These ones are special because I was able to get them in my Rx!

OneSkin! They use their own peptide, OS-01, which blocks senescent cells <— they can increase the aging process. I loooove their tinted moisturizer and body lotion.

Organifi! They make so many of my favorite things, including hydrogen water tablets, green juice, red juice, Harmony, and Pure. Check it out here!

Detox and supplements:

The famous sauna blanket! This was a black Friday Gift to myself years ago and I still use it at least once a week for stress relief, a great sweat, glowing skin, and amazing sleep. Use FITNESSISTA15.

Castor oil pack. This is the best one!

My favorite quarterly detox! I look forward to this each time, and can’t wait for our community detox in January.

A parasite cleanse 🙂 My favorite one is here.

Peptides! I’ll do an updated post but I’ve been adding these to my routine and they’ve been incredible.  (Note: I do not recommend specific peptides, but this is where I purchase mine. You can decide what you’d like to do based on your goals, and an MD prescribes these for you based on an intake form and medical history.)

Fitness:

Sculpt Society membership! I LOOOOVE these workouts so much. This link gets you one month free on the app.

Oura Ring. I treated myself to a new one with the Amex credit, and am loving all of the new data! It’s so cool that I can sync it with a Stelo glucose monitor, too.

EMF blocking bag. This is what I use at the gym and on walks, so I can use my wired heaphones but it protects my body from my cell phone.

Wired headphones 🙂

Barefoot sneakers. These are the best ones and they have so many great styles fo gym, life, and hiking.

For you:

The most incredible wellness gift you could gift for yourself this season is an Integrative Health Practitioner certification. It’s not an exagerration to say that this certification absolutely changed my life, my business, and our family’s health. I learned so much through my IHP certs (I have Level 1, Level 2, and am halfway through High Performance Health and Level 3) and have been able to share this knowledge with my family and clients.

Integrative Health Practitioner Level Two certification review

I was able to heal myself (my Lupus markers used to be positive; they’re negative now) with functional lab testing, protocols, and lifestyle changes. Dr. Cabral is an incredible teacher and the IHP community is kind, welcoming, and supportive. We would love to have you join us!!!

They’re having a HUGE Black Friday sale… a little bird told me that it will be $1500 off starting this Friday with code BF1500. So bookmark this page, and be ready for Friday!

I probably won’t be back until Friday Faves, but I’m wishing you the happiest Thanksgiving filled with family, great food, and beautiful memories. When I go through my gratitude list every morning, you’re all on my list. I’m so thankful for all of you and this fun lil space of the internets.

Affiliate links are included in this post, and companies are not able to sponsor spots on my gift guides. They’re all things that I’ve curated myself and genuinely think they’d make great gifts! Thank you so so much to those of you who support the blog by shopping through my links. I appreciate you so much. Ad revenue has absolutely tanked since this summer thanks to AI search (people don’t need to click your post to find the info they need anymore), so affiliates have been keeping the blog afloat. xo

Reimgining Health Summit Recap

Sharing a recap of my experience at the Reimagining Health Summit. If you’re reading this and want to learn more about becoming an Integrative Health Practitioner, check it out here and use FITNESSISTA for up to $250 off. It’s by far the best certification I’ve ever done.

Hi friends!
I hope that you’re doing well and enjoying the week so far. We have a short school week with Thanksgiving, so we’re planning some fun things to do this week. The weather has been a dream so I’m going to see if I can convince the crew to head out on a hike.

For today’s post, I wanted to share a recap of my trip to Ft. Lauderdale for the Reimagining Health Summit. It was my second time attending this event – check out last year’s recap here! – and my first time attending as a speaker. I was invited to speak on a panel with three incredible coaches – they’ve all inspired me on my journey as an IHP – and even though I was suuuuper nervous, it went really well.

Some highlights from the trip:

– Ft. Lauderdale! It was my first time in Ft. Lauderdale, which is suprising since it’s a Disney cruise port and we loooove Disney cruises – and I thought it was super cute. It reminded me of Jacksonville, which was one of our favorite beach spots when we lived in Valdosta. I arrived a night early and had time to meet up with a Revenue Rx client for dinner at Pura Vida,

take a Lagree class,

and get a blowout at Dry Bar, which quickly fell out in the humidity, but I tried lol.

– Dinner with IHP friends. We had a delicious dinner at the Lona restaurant at the hotel, and it was so great to chat in person with so many of the friends I see online all the time and on our EquiLife Ambassador board meetings. We had tacos and chatted, and it was the perfect way to kick off the trip.

The energy.

There’s a special magic about being surrounded with passionate people who have the same mission you have: a desire to help others live their best, happiest, healthiest lives.

– The sessions.

This year’s even was just for IHPs – they alternate years of public events and coach-only events – and there were so many impactful sessions.

Some of my favorites were Dr. Tony’s from Hope 4 Cancer in Mexico,

Dr. Cabral’s keynote,

and Eric Lofholm’s presentation on business building.

– Our panel!!

I was invited to speak on a 6-figure expert health coaching panel with some powerhouse women that I adore: Rebecca, Ellen, and Tricia

When I was invited to speak, I didn’t know if I was going to do it. I struggle with imposter syndrome on a regular basis and public speaking is (was?) my worst nightmare. I’m consistent with content creation and all of the pieces of my online business, but at least once every day, I’m like, “What am I doing? Does anyone care? Do I suck?”

I read a book with strategies on public speaking, and did a lot of meditating, prayer, and visualization. I wanted to do it, but I also didn’t want to pass out on stage.

A few things were in my favor leading up to it:

We were lead backstage by Cassie, who is an absolute angel. Everyone who works at EquiLife is an amazing human, but Cassie is an especially bright, beautiful light. (You can see her in this IG live we did here!) She gave us a much-needed pep talk before we went on stage and reassured us that we had a lot to teach and give to the community.

I took a CBD gummy that was in our swag bag. It was juuuust enough to take the edge off lol.

We prayed together. We held hands and Rebecca gave the most beautiful prayer and after that, I felt like I could do it.

Also, Dr. Cabral is a genuinely nice person and it helped that I’d talked with him in the past. I knew he would ask great questions and that he’s easy to talk to, so that part of the panel removed a lot of the pressure.

-The VIP awards dinner.

Thanks to all of your incredible support, this trip was gifted to me as a 100-day challenge winner. I placed #7 out of over 5,000 IHPs and was also lucky #7 last year 😉 It means the world to me that I’m able to be a small part in your health journey and I’m so thankful to all of you and all of my amazing clients.

It was so much fun to enjoy a lovely meal with other challenge winners, conference speakers, and the EquiLife team.

– The expo!

It’s a little bit on the smaller side, but much higher in quality than some of the conferences I’ve attended. Some of my favorite brands were there, including HigherDOSE and Redmond’s real salt.

One of my favorite goodies in the swag bag: purse-sized bottles of sea salt

Linked up to all of my outfits here

On a personal note, the trip was also a big step for me because leading up to it, I hadn’t been alone for more than an hour since February. When we started homeschooling P, a lot of things in our lives changed. I hadn’t been in our house, let alone a hotel room, by myself, since then. It felt like the postpartum days – trying to remember what it was like to be by yourself – and while parts of me COULDN’T WAIT to get away lol, I was sad as soon as it actually happened.

(My room had enough beds and room for the fam! Next year, they’re coming!)

At the same time, I really felt my creative mojo flowing again for the first time in months, and that was very exciting indeed.

All in all, it was an amazing trip and I’m already looking forward to next year’s RHS.

Hope you have a wonderful day, friends, and I’ll see ya soon.

xo

11.21 Friday Faves

Hi friends! Happy Friday and happy Wicked day!! Are you going? Did you already go?? The girls and I are going the second they get out of school and I can’t.even.wait. (I’m a little bit more excited than they are, but they’re good sports and they know they get movie lunch and dessert out of the deal.)

In other news, P went back to school today. I’ll share more in an upcoming post (and will probably blab all about it over on Substack in the meantime), but it’s the end of a homeschool era. It was never meant to be a permanent thing unless it needed to be, and she was ready to go back to her friends and teachers. I’m happy for her, cautiously optimistic, and kind of a secret mess emotionally. I know I’ll be crying on and off most of the morning with complex emotions, and will probably cry more at Wicked so there ya go.

For now, it’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.

  • Free gift with orders $149+ (this week only) and try stacking my code to see if it works!! It’s FITNESSISTA10 if it’s your first time ordering from your email address

My top picks:

Dr. Cabral 7-Day Detox
My go-to quarterly reset. It can help lower toxic load, improve digestion, boost energy, and reduce inflammation. For anyone who’s feeling “puffy” or sluggish, this is always step one. I’m already looking forward to our community detox in January!

Stress, Mood & Metabolism Lab Test
One of my favorite functional tests because it gives so much insight into hormones, thyroid, cortisol, and metabolism in one panel. This is the test I recommend for my perimenopause clients, and those who are having trouble sleeping, PMS, low mood/energy, weight loss resistance, and fatigue.

 Minerals & Metals HTMA Test
The best snapshot of your mineral status, stress, metabolism, and toxic metal exposure. This is amazing for anyone dealing with fatigue, hair shedding, weight plateaus, or anxiety.

 Daily Nutritional Support
My everyday multivitamin + protein powder + detox support in one. Café Latte is delicious. I have DNS every.single.day.

HigherDOSE

I own a lot of the products they create and they’re all staples in my routine. If I had to narrow it down to my top picks, it would be these:

 Sauna Blanket
Still one of my top wellness purchases of all time. It can increase circulation, support detox pathways, help calm the nervous system, and gives you that post-session “I just did a workout and a meditation” feeling. I use it at least once a week.

PEMF Go Mat
My daily grounding tool. This can help calm the stress response, improve deep sleep, and balance the nervous system. Perfect for reading, meditating, or using at your desk.

Red Light Face Mask or Neck Enhancer
Great for collagen, skin texture, and can reduce inflammation. I love pairing red light with castor oil packs for the ultimate habit stack.

Huge Rails sale! I’ve linked up all of my favorites here.

Old Navy also has an early 50% off sale. I love all of the holiday outfits. This is the skirt I wore for our family photos.

Also, if you have an Amex Platinum, now is the time to get a new Oura ring. My Oura ring was OLD and thick, and I’d been wanting to upgrade to one of the new, sleek, rose gold options. With Amex, you get a $200 Oura credit, so with the sale, my new one was $170!

Make sure to check out all of my gift guides here – I’ll be adding more next week! – and will also have a Black Friday hub page for easy shopping on Friday.

Read, watch, listen:

Are you watching Dancing with the Stars? I was shocked that Whitney went home before the finale, but we’re all over here cheering for Robert. I’m excited to see what happens!

I’m so ready for this.

Loved this podcast episode.

Fitness, health, and good eats:

This clean eating sweet potato casserole.

My FAVE Ina Garten pie; I just use gluten-free crust.

Make-ahead vegan green bean casserole.

The best fresh cranberry sauce.

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see ya soon!

xoxo

The Critical Window: Why Holiday Weight Gain Matters More Than You Think

Every year, headlines warn that we gain 5–10 pounds during the holidays.

But research tells a different story: most people gain just 1–3 pounds between November and December.

In the grand scheme of things, it’s not a big deal. And anyone who’s followed us for a while knows we support eating and enjoying the holidays.

But there’s one important catch: Eating without guilt or shame during the holidays is much different from eating without boundaries for the entire holiday season.

The Real Numbers Behind Holiday Weight Gain

Here’s what makes that “1 to 3 pounds” stat so interesting — and why it deserves your attention.

On average, people gain 1 to 3 pounds per year from their twenties into their forties. Just look at this graph from the CDC.

If you look at the CDC data above, you’ll see that the weight gain isn’t usually a big jump. It’s a slow process of a couple of pounds per year.

It feels like a rounding error when you gain one pound in a year. But gaining one pound per year for 20 years can make you look and feel like a different person.

Weight gain also appears to have a critical threshold where risks start to rise.

According to research from Harvard:

  • Every 11 pounds gained is associated with a 30% higher risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • A 14% higher risk of high blood pressure.
  • A 6% higher risk of obesity-related cancers.
  • And a 5% higher risk of premature death (among nonsmokers).

This isn’t about fear. It’s about clarity.

The easiest way to think about weight maintenance is this:
If you’re not steadily gaining weight, there’s far less urgency to lose it.

But to stop gaining weight over the long run, you need to understand when the weight tends to accumulate.

And that brings us to a critical window most people overlook.

The Critical Window: The 7 Weeks That Shape Your Year

If you look closely at the data, weight gain tends to happen at one specific time of year: the holidays.

You might go up a few pounds in one month and down a few in others, but for many people, the steady upward trend starts with November and December.

And the research backs this up:
NIH-funded studies show that the average one-pound holiday gain sticks, accumulates, and compounds over time.

Those small increases are often never fully lost, and they become the starting point for the next year’s increase.

So when you think of “holiday weight gain,” don’t picture a catastrophic 10-pound spike.
Picture something far more subtle — but far more persistent.

A one-pound carryover every year becomes a lifelong trend.

That’s why learning how to master the last seven weeks of the year can be so powerful. It’s not about restriction. It’s about preventing the start of a pattern that builds slowly and silently.

The good news?

It’s surprisingly easy to prevent — if you focus on the right habits.

How to Avoid the Holiday Weight Trap

Researchers have looked closely at how to prevent end-of-year weight gain. One study found that daily weigh-ins can help maintain weight through the holidays.

You can do that for two months. It’s doable for many and may be worth the short-term sacrifice if weight gain is a struggle during the holidays.

But for many people, weighing yourself every day creates more stress — and extra stress is the last thing anyone needs in November and December.

The bigger issue isn’t the holidays themselves. It’s how people behave before and after them. The stress, the overthinking, the “I blew it, so why bother” spiral. That’s the real trap.

A simpler, more sustainable approach:

1. Enjoy the holidays themselves.

This part is non-negotiable.

Eat normally all year long.
Then on Thanksgiving and Christmas (or whichever holidays you celebrate), enjoy the food. Enjoy the people. Enjoy the moments.

You’re not trying to “win” these days. You’re trying to live them.

Because one day of indulgence won’t ruin your health —
just like one perfect workout won’t make you fit.

Holiday meals aren’t the problem. The meaning you attach to them is.

2. Stick to your normal rhythm on the other days.

This is where the magic happens.

All you need to do is maintain the behaviors that work during the other 10 months of the year:

  • your usual breakfast
  • your normal daily movement
  • your go-to meals
  • your standard sleep schedule
  • your familiar routines
  • your baseline habit structure

You don’t need to be perfect.
You don’t need to be restrictive.
You don’t need to overhaul anything.

Just do the things you normally do — even if imperfectly.

Consistency beats intensity, especially during a chaotic season.

3. Avoid the “wait until January” trap.

This is the real danger zone.

The “I’ll start in January” mindset leads to behaviors in November and December that you don’t engage in any other time of the year — and those behaviors stack up fast.

This is why we used to run “Finish Strong” programs. The goal wasn’t restriction; it was accountability and consistency during the time of year when people need it most.

If you can maintain steady habits while still enjoying the key days, you win the season.

And when you win the season, you set yourself up to win the year.

The bottom line

You don’t need a special holiday diet or a strict challenge. You just need to stay grounded in the same habits that work the rest of the year.

Lean on what’s familiar.
Make small decisions that keep you feeling good.
Enjoy the days that matter.

Because if you can stay consistent during the final seven weeks of the year, you won’t just “survive” the holidays — you’ll set yourself up to win the entire year.

2025 Holiday Gift Guide for the Kids

Sharing my 2025 holiday gift guide for the kids this year! We tend to stick to the purchasing strategy of: “ Something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read.”

Hi friends! Happy Wednesday! I hope that you’re doing well and that your pre-Thanksgiving week is going swimmingly. I have a long list of things to do this week, but I’m sneaking away for a yoga class with a friend.

I’m really excited for today’s gift guide because kiddos really bring the magic to Christmastime. I’m basically like Buddy the Elf and thought that nothing could possibly make the season more enjoyable… and then we had kids. They just magnify all of the magic of the holidays. We’re getting our holiday shopping done early, so I wanted to put some ideas out there if you’re doing the same thing.

When we holiday shop for the kiddos, we keep things on the simpler side. They get their Santa gifts and stocking stuffers, and then from us, we stick to the “something they want, something they need, something to wear, and something to read.” This checks all of the main boxes and keeps things from getting too bananas with gifts from my parents and their other relatives. [Another hack: any gifts that aren’t opened in the first couple of days are stocked away in the playroom. I bring them out on a rainy day or when the kids say they’re looking for something to do.]

The best HigherDOSE products

Sharing a roundup of my favorite HigherDOSE products, just in time for their early Black Friday/ Cyber Monday sale!! Starting now, you can use the code BFCM2025 for 20% off sitewide (minus bundles and full-sized saunas). HigherDOSE is also FSA/HSA eligible so if you have funds that expire at the end of the year, use them here!

Hi friends! Thank you for all of the wonderful birthday wishes! I’m back from LA and back into the routine with the crew. I hope you’re having a wonderful morning.

Today, I have some exciting news: HigherDOSE started their Black Friday promo. You guys know that I’ve been a fan of their products for a few years. In fact, I bought the sauna blanket for a Black Friday gift for myself a few years ago, and it’s become a wellness staple in my routine.

The best HigherDOSE products

Today, I’m sharing some of my top picks, and you can use BFCM2025 for 20% off! This is the best promo they have all year, so if you have your eye on anything, now is the time. Please also remember that all of these things are just fun to have, and might be some extra joy, zen, and rejuvenation to your routine.

Sharing the goods here if you feel like treating yourself!

The best HigherDOSE products

The best HigherDOSE products

The sauna blanket

The HigherDOSE sauna blanket is an at-home and portable version of an infrared sauna. It uses infrared heat (which heats your body from the inside out, not the other way around), along with healing tourmaline crystals, clay, and a charcoal layer (which all generate negative ions). In addition, it’s made of nontoxic materials and is extremely low EMF. So it’s not emitting radiation throughout your body while you’re relaxing and sweating.

I use the sauna blanket 3-4 times a week and I sleep so much better. I get an awesome sweat, and it also makes my skin glow.

PEMF Go Mat

PEMF Go Mat

PEMF technology was originally used by NASA to promote health of the astronauts while in space. In addition, PEMF stands for Pulsed Electromagnetic Field Therapy, and is designed to mimic the vibrations found in nature. These vibrations interact with our organs and tissues to help promote healing and relaxation. It’s also been scientifically shown to potentially reduce aches, pains, inflammation, improve circulation, and other ailments. It’s been FDA approved for decades and is used in animals as well as humans. You may have seen PEMF used by doctors, surgeons, physical therapists, and chiropractors. Thankfully, they now have lower-cost and portable versions like this, so you can get the benefits at home!

I use the PEMF Go Mat every.single.day at least once in the morning for meditation/prayer, and later if I just need a moment to reset and recharge. It also feels relaxing yet energizing at the same time. The heat feels great in the morning. And I also hope that it’s made a difference with some of the inflammatory issues I’ve been dealing with.

Red Light Face Mask

The HigherDOSE Red Light Face Mask can be used for short-term skin goals or as part of a daily routine. The facemask includes red and near-infrared lights that can help to boost mood, collagen production, and skin healing, and can also help to reduce wrinkles and sun spots. It’s non-invasive and limits low-level rejuvenating wavelengths that are found in natural sunlight. In fact, I notice that it has an instant calming effect and is such a mood booster, especially during the cold winter months.

I use this a few times a week and noticed a difference in my skin as soon as I started implementing it! And I also feel like it’s very relaxing.

Red Light Neck Enhancer

Red Light Neck Enhancer

Red Light Therapy, or Low-Level Light Therapy (LLLT), uses low-intensity red or near-infrared light to penetrate the skin.

This non-invasive treatment offers various potential benefits:

  • Collagen Boost: It can stimulate collagen production, leading to smoother and firmer skin.
  • Wrinkle Reduction: By increasing collagen, it can reduce fine lines and wrinkles.
  • Skin Healing: It can accelerate natural healing, making it useful for scars and acne.
  • Pain Relief: Red Light Therapy can relieve muscle and joint pain.
  • Improved Complexion: Enhanced blood flow results in healthier, more radiant skin

*You can explore studies relating to these potential benefits on the product page here.

Red Light Baseball Cap

Harnessing the power of 650nm red light, this device increases blood circulation to the scalp, promoting healthier hair follicles and rejuvenating the scalp – which may lead to decreased hair loss, optimized hair follicle function, and increased growth. You only need to wear it for 10 minutes a day and it looks like a cute baseball cap!

11.14 Friday Faves

Hi friends! Happy Friday and hi from Manhattan Beach! I’m here for a mastermind event with Jill Coleman aka JillFit (my business coach and mentor for years), some friends and fellow health professionals. It’s been amazing weekend of fun and learning so far. What are you up to this weekend? I hope you have a lovely and relaxing weekend ahead.

Some pics from this week:

It was my 41st birthday. I had a lovely dinner with Giselle and Amber here in LA, and I’m celebrating with the fam this weekend. While this year definitely had its ups and downs, I’m feeling hopeful and excited for this next year, and filled with gratitude for all of life’s beautiful blessings, including all of you. I never take my *job* for granted and look forward to connecting with all of you every single day.

It’s time for the weekly Friday Faves party. This is where I share some of my favorite finds from the week and around the web. I always love to hear about your faves, too, so please shout out something you’re loving in the comments section below.

11.14 Friday Faves

Fashion + beauty + random:

An amazing weekend with our Kleiger fam! They came into town for Homecoming last weekend since once of their kiddos is considering becoming a wildcat 🙂 We packed so much into the weekend: tailgating, the football game, Gavi, Betsy and I took a hot yoga class, went shopping, the kids went to the trampoline park, and Mexican food for dinner. The best.

Vivrelle! They reached out to me a while ago and I was instantly intrigued when I saw “luxury handbag and jewelry rental.” I’ve *really* tried to pull back my shopping this year, and renting gives me the *new* feeling without spending a ton. I get to carry this gorgeous Chanel caviar bag around and it has put a huge pep in my step lol 😉 You can check it out here and use GINAHARNEY for a month free!

Gift guide top picks! My gift guides are here and I have more on the way – I have so much fun putting these together.

Here are some of the top finds from this year so far:

These pointed toe boots

This lululemon hoodie

Classic Sambas

Pants for him

This amazing candle

This CUTE sequin tee

Holiday essentials travel set

This gold pendant necklace

The perfect vanity case

These earrings that look way more expensive than they are

This bow claw clip

Outdoor gas pizza oven

Yes Chef dish towel

Warming foot massager

Read, watch, listen:

Calling it quits on Frozen River. It has so many great reviews and while I was hooked for the first couple of chapters, I’m bored to tears. It’s so slow. There are too many great books out there to spend time slogging through this one.

I started a Substack! Nothing will change here on the blog, but my Substack posts are going to be a little more random and behind-the-scenes than the mostly-professional ones I post here 😉 I’d love it if you’d follow along! I’ll be posting at least once a week.

Fitness, health, and good eats:

The ButcherBox barbacoa is 100/10. It’s pre-cooked and frozen, so I’ll just pop it on the stove or in the Instant Pot for a quick taco dinner. Check it out here (and pick your free gift!)

This tasty lil breakfast. I added hot water and my favorite protein powder and it was delicious.

Thank you so much for stopping by the blog today! Have an amazing weekend and I’ll see ya soon!

xoxo
